In the gospel of Mark, Jesus was asked what the greatest commandment is. He answered “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’” Here at Valley Life, we seek to express our love to God through worship, obedience, and witness.

Mark 12:30

Jesus continues, “The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” Mark 12:31. Jesus in these passages states that we should love people. The way we talk, minister, and our actions should all be out of loving people. Valley Life is a loving fellowship of believers who strive to grow in and express God’s love to one another.

Jesus last words before He ascended to heaven in Matthew 28:18-20 state, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.’ Amen.” Valley Life realizes its call to make disciples of Jesus Christ. Therefore, we relate to our world, and involve ourselves in sharing the Good News both locally and around the world.

We express our love for God through worship. Believers gather to regularly celebrate, exalt, and thank the Lord.
