Below is all the information you will need to navigate the admissions process for Faith Christian School.
• In-house registration is February 24th - February 28th
• Open registration is March 3th - March 7th
If your child was enrolled last year, please use the re-enrollment application form below. Please note that if you have more than one child enrolled at FCS, you can use the same re-enrollment application form. Just make sure that each Child's name, birthdate, and grade is on the front page of the form.

Step 1. Evaluate your child’s birthdate. Three year olds and four year olds must reach these ages before September 1st in order to enroll in preschool classes. No exceptions.
Step 2. Be sure your child is potty-trained.
Step 3. Complete all required forms:
• Enrollment Form
• Emergency Health Card (front & back) **You must have 3 local emergency contacts listed on your card before your child is considered enrolled.** No exceptions!
• Pick-up List
• Statement of Cooperation (signed by both parents)
• Enrollment Agreement
• Parental Permission slip regarding “Accidents”
• Release of Personal Identifiable Information Form
• PEP Volunteer Survey
• Certificate of Immunization Status Form
• Copy of custody papers if parents are divorced.
Step 4. Pay registration fee (See Below). These fees are non-refundable.

Step 2. Pay Application fee of $30.00. Non-refundable fee covers the initial processing expenses. (Note: completed application is not a guarantee of admission, only a request for admission.)
Step 3. Make an appointment for student testing and family interview. Each incoming student must be tested for grade placement.A personal family interview is required for new students. An appointment for this interview will be scheduled after the completed application is received.Step
